Two More Cyclones Loaned To AHL

READING, Pennsylvania - The Cincinnati Cyclones have loaned forward Matt Syroczynski and defenseman Gerard Miller to Binghamton of the AHL The Cyclones are the ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators.

In an unrelated move, the Cyclones have received forward Jean-Michel Daoust from their loan yesterday to Rockford (AHL). Daoust is in transit for Reading and may be in the lineup in time for tonight's game against the Royals.

Syroczynski, 24, was signed by the Cyclones shortly after the season started. Matt has played in 25 games, scoring nine goals and adding nine assists for 18 points and 34 penalty minutes.

Miller, 25, began the season with Hamilton (AHL) and appeared in 23 games with Cincinnati, netting three goals and nine assists for twelve points.

The loan of Syroczynski marks the 14th different player for the Cyclones to have been loaned or recalled by an American Hockey League team. Players playing for Cincinnati in 2007-08 have appeared in 63 games in the AHL.

Cincinnati is leading the North Division of the American Conference by one point over Elmira. The Cyclones play at Reading tonight (7:05pm-game carried on 96 Rock) and are at Elmira tomorrow night (7:05pm-www.cycloneshockey.com). Cincinnati has a five-game winning streak and tonight is the fourth game of a six game road trip that ends on New Year's Eve (5pm contest at Trenton-carried on 96 Rock).
