Toledo Walleye News Release

STORM NOTES

- Winning Again! Despite falling in overtime Friday night against Wheeling, Toledo is 3-0-1 in its last four games. With its win on Saturday in Wheeling, Toledo has won back-to-back road games for the first time this season.

- Keeping up with Keefe! Forward Adam Keefe scored the game-winning goal Saturday night in Wheeling. Adam has 6 points in his last 4 games (3g, 3a), and 12 (8g, 4a) in his last 9 contests. Keefe is also second in the ECHL in penalty minutes with 174 (Colt King of Utah has 175).

- Protecting the Net! Friday night Toledo welcomed back goaltender Drew MacIntyre. He became the seventh goaltender used by the Toledo Storm this season (MacIntyre, Koopmans, Bruckler, Cann, Worosz, Collins, Macdonald). By contrast, the Storm used just 3 goaltenders the entire 2004-05 season (Koopmans, MacIntyre, Fankhouser). The 7 goaltenders used this season ties the most goalies to appear in a Storm uniform in one season and has not been done since the 2002-03 season when Toledo used 7 as well. Toledo also used 7 goaltenders during the 1991-92 season.

- Power Play! The Storm Power Play went 2-7 in Friday's game and followed that up with a 1-4 mark on Saturday. For the season, the Storm power play ranks 10th in the ECHL at 20.5%. They have scored 42 goals in 205 power play opportunities.

- Penalty Kill! The Storm is ranked 19th in the league in kill percentage at 80.2%. Toledo has allowed 34 goals in 172 times shorthanded this year. STORM WATCH
