Zasowski Named Assistant Coach

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that Tony Zasowski has been named assistant coach.

Zasowski was an assistant coach and assistant general manager this season with the Chicago Steel of the USHL. He was also an assistant coach last year with the Springfield Spirit of the NAHL.

Zasowski played in three games in his playing career with the Dayton Bombers in the ECHL during the 2002-03 season posting a record of 2-0 with a 3.54 goals against average. He played his college hockey at Notre Dame during the 1999-2003 seasons.

Zasowski also played in the USHL for Omaha and Green Bay. He is 27 years old from Darien, Illinois.

The Ice Pilots will play at South Carolina tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. central time. The game is also available as a pay per view webcast at www.icepilots.com in conjunction with B2 Networks for $6.
