
Steelheads Sign Gillen

Boise, ID - The Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL announced today that rookie forward Steven Gillen has been signed to a contract.
Gillen, a 20-year-old, native of Saskatchewan, will make his professional debut tonight against the Alaska Aces. In 72 games this season with the Moose Jaw Warriors of the WHL, Gillen racked up a team-leading 25 goals, 38 assists and 63 points in addition to 76 penalty minutes. In 285 career, regular season WHL games with the Spokane Chiefs and Moose Jaw Warriors, Gillen totaled 140 points.
