Gladiators release Teixeira

Atlanta Gladiators News Release
The Gwinnett Gladiators announced today that they have released forward Brian Teixeira. In a separate transaction, they have activated defenseman Jamie Milam from the injured reserve.
Teixeira appeared in 20 games this season with the Gladiators posting 3 assists. The East Falmouth, Massachusetts, native collected 7 points off of 4 goals and 3 assists last year for Gwinnett.
Milam currently ranks second among Gladiators blue liners with 21 goals and 21 assists for 42 points in 60 games with Gwinnett.
The Lake Orion Michigan native should be available for the Gladiators for tonight's 8:30 p.m. tilt in Texas against the Wildcatters.
