Redenbach Assigned By AHL San Antonio

PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Phoenix RoadRunners of the ECHL, an affiliate of the Phoenix Coyotes and the San Antonio Rampage, have announced that center Tyler Redenbach has been assigned by San Antonio of the American Hockey League.

Redenbach, 22, has tallied six goals and 25 points in 43 games between the Rampage and the Providence Bruins, the primary affiliate of the Boston Bruins. The Melville, Saskatchewan native and second-year pro was acquired from Providence on Nov. 14, 2006 in exchange for goaltender Philippe Sauve. Redenbach received the Bob Clarke Trophy in 2003-04 as the Western Hockey League's leading scorer with 31 goals and 105 points in 71 games as a member of the Swift Current Broncos. He was selected by the Coyotes in Round Three (#77 overall) at the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.

Phoenix returns to US Airways Center at 7:11 p.m. Saturday as they welcome the Fresno Falcons in the 2006-07 regular season home finale. It will be "Fan Appreciation Night" and the first 2,000 fans will receive a 2006-07 Phoenix RoadRunners Team Poster.

Individual game tickets for the 2006-07 regular season start as low $7 in the lower section and can be purchased at the US Airways Center Box Office and at all Ticketmaster outlets including Ticketmaster.com.
