Left wing Michael Grabner capped off the second-period rally, pushing the Moose ahead of the Stars with a one-timer from the high-slot that beat Texas goalie Todd Ford between the legs. Grabner's seventh goal of the year came at 12:38 and gave Manitoba a 3-2 lead after two periods of play.

Texas tied the game 3-3 with an early third-period goal by Travis Morin. All-Star defenseman, Ivan Vishnevskiy, carried the puck through center and over the left-wing line into the Manitoba zone.
