Everett, WA - The Victoria Royals were defeated 6-0 by the Everett Silvertips, in their first game of the 2019-20 season, on Saturday night at Angel of the Winds Arena.

Debuting Royals: Forwards Keanu Derungs and Riley Gannon, along with defenceman Nolan Bentham made their WHL debuts in tonight's game. Additionally, forwards Gary Haden, River Fahey, Graeme Bryks and defencemen Will Warm, Jacob Herauf and Nolan Jones, along with goaltender Shane Farkas, skated in their first contest as a Royal.
