Rebels Make Trade With Blazers

RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today a trade with the Kamloops Blazers. The Rebels have acquired the Blazers 3rd round selection (via Saskatoon) in the 2014 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft in exchange for 20-year old defenceman Brady Gaudet.

Gaudet has played four seasons in the Western Hockey League. He began his WHL career with the Blazers in 2010 and was traded to the Rebels in 2012. Gaudet was the Kamloops Blazers first round selection in the 2009 WHL Bantam Draft.
