Cougars Head Back to Edmonton for Round Nine of the WHL Bantam Draft

Prince George, B.C. - With their ninth round pick (181st Overall) in the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft, the Prince George Cougars have gone back to Alberta and selected forward Marco Pasemko (Edmonton, AB).
Pasemko (5'8", 140 pounds) tallied 24 goals and 49 points in 33 games with the Canadian Athletic Club Bantams of the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League.
"Marco is a tremendously skilled player with a great shot," said Cougars Senior Scout Bob Simmonds. "Despite being undersized, he's got a nose for the net."
With the selection of Pasemko, the Cougars have now drafted five forwards and four defencemen. Pasemko is the fourth Alberta-born player selected today by the Cougars, and the second player from the Edmonton area.
