Rebels Make Trade With Royals

RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today a trade with the Victoria Royals. The Rebels have acquired 20-year old defenceman Brett Cote in exchange for a second round selection in the 2014 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.

Cote has played three seasons in the WHL, all with the Victoria Royals. He has 207 regular season games played, scoring 15 goals and 74 assists for 89 points. Cote also has 19 career WHL playoff games, scoring 2 goals and 7 assists for 9 points.
