Traverse City, MI - The (14-8) Traverse City Pit Spitters continue to falter in the first game of a road series ad they fall 6-2 to the (12-11) Kokomo Jackrabbits on Wednesday.

Rylan Tinsley (0-2, 10.05) got a 1-2-3 inning to start the game but hit trouble in the next two innings. He gave up a solo home run to Michael Snyder in the second and a three-run home run to Dylan Dennis in the third. It's the third game in a row the Pit Spitters allowed a home run as they fell behind 4-0.

The Pit Spitters started to come back in the sixth. Zeb Roos led off getting hit by a pitch before advancing to third and getting singled home by Mario Camilletti. Camilletti later scored on a Miles Simington single, cutting the lead to 4-2.

Both runs were given back in the bottom half. They fell behind 6-2 and would lose by that same score.

Camilletti added a walk in the eighth, his eighth straight game with at least one walk.
