Ottawa Reassigns Balcers and Wolanin to Belleville

The Ottawa Senators have reassigned forward Rudolfs Balcers and defenceman Christian Wolanin to the Belleville Senators.

Balcers has played eight games for Ottawa where he scored his first NHL goal and also tallied an assist. His 26 points with Belleville are the fourth most on the team and his 14 goals rank second.

Wolanin is second among Senators defencemen in points this year with 18. He's also lined up in 12 games with Ottawa scoring three goals and two assists. The 23-year-old has eight points in 22 career NHL games, all with the Senators.

Belleville is back in action on Friday when they host the Toronto Marlies at CAA Arena. Tickets are available.
