Joel Irving's seventh round goal in the shootout was the difference as the Mysticks could not beat South Carolina goaltender Jamie Hodson. David Seitz scored his first of the contest just 1:35 into the contest as he picked up a loose puck that took a weird bounce off a seam in the glass and sat in the slot.
