Grizzlies Unbeaten Streak Ends Versus Las Vegas

West Valley City, Utah - The Las Vegas Wranglers defeated the Utah Grizzlies (11-10-0-2) 6-2 Wednesday night at the E-Center. The loss ends the Grizzlies six-game unbeaten streak. Las Vegas (16-2-0-2) extended their unbeaten streak to 15 in the win.

Las Vegas scored two goals in each the first and second period to go up 4-0 before the Grizzlies rallied with two goals to make it 4-2 at the second intermission. Olivier Labelle (5) and Justin Bourne (4) were the Grizzlies goal scorers.

Las Vegas added two goals in the third period to end a potential Utah rally and win 6-2.

Las Vegas scored three of their goals on special teams. (2 power-play, 1 shorthanded)

Mike Mole (8-5-0-2) stopped 26 of 32 shots in the game for Utah.

The Grizzlies continue their ten-game home stand Friday and Saturday with Las Vegas. Face-offs both nights are scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
