Halfway Home

The Grizzlies are currently 3-0-0-2 through five games on their season-long ten-game home stand. The Grizzlies are currently 7-2-0-2 on the season at the E-Center. Utah is now unbeaten in nine of their last ten games overall.

Straight-Shooter

Trevor Smith tied an all-time Grizzlies high with 13 shots on goal Tuesday in Utah's win over Phoenix. Smith has 43 shots on goal in Utah's last five games, tallying four goals and three assists during his last six.

Straight-Shooters

Following an all-time team high of 60 shots Tuesday in a 3-1 win over Phoenix, Utah now has 228 (45.60 shots-per-game) shots in the five games on this home stand.

League Leaders

Scott Burt is currently 12th in the ECHL in overall scoring with 11 goals and 12 assists in 22 games. Trevor Smith is second in the ECHL with a plus-14. Keith Johnson is tied for third in the league with 14 goals. Mike Mole is third in the league with 896 minutes played and fifth in the league with 407 saves.

Making A Mountain Out Of A Mole Hill

Grizzlies goaltending hasn't allowed more than three goals in regulation in eight of their last nine games. Mike Mole is currently with 8-4-0-2, Nathan Lawson is 3-0 with the Grizzlies.

Christmas Break (Part One)

The Grizzlies are currently in a stretch of seven-straight days without a game. Utah was last in action Tuesday in a 3-1 win over Phoenix. The Grizzlies will begin five games in eight nights at home Wednesday when they welcome in Las Vegas.

Christmas Break (Part Two)

After their busy stretch at home with Las Vegas and Fresno (December 18, 19), the Grizzlies will have eight days off before heading to Alaska to open a seven-game road trip.

Last Las Vegas Loss

The Grizzlies were the last ECHL team to defeat Las Vegas in regulation (November 2, 8-5 at Las Vegas). The Wranglers, have gone unbeaten in their last 14 games since that loss to the Grizzlies.

Las Vegas In West Valley City

The Grizzlies are 6-1-1 all-time versus the Wranglers at the E-Center.

Pipeline To Bridgeport

Micheal Haley became the fourth Grizzlies player to be promoted to the Grizzlies and Islanders AHL affiliate in Bridgeport Friday. Haley scored a goal in his AHL debut as the Sound Tigers defeated Springfield 7-2 Friday evening. Former Grizzlies forward Ryan Kinasewich added two goals in the game and currently has two goals and one assist in his last two games played.
