Las Vegas Wranglers News Release
Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers® posted a 1-0-1 record this week, starting with a 3-2 shootout loss in Stockton on Friday night. Saturday night, Las Vegas countered with a 2-1 victory at the Stockton Arena over the Thunder.
The Wranglers continue on their five-game road trip with three games in Utah starting Wednesday at 6:05 pm (PST). Las Vegas will also play at the E-Center on Friday and Saturday at 6:05 pm (PST). Next week, the Wranglers host the fifth annual Midnight Holiday Roundup at 11:59 pm on Monday, December 17th against the Phoenix RoadRunners.

Stockton, CA - The Las Vegas Wranglers were defeated by the Stockton Thunder 3-2 in a shootout at the Stockton Arena on Friday night. Stockton's Ryan O'Mara netted the game-winning goal in the shootout. Las Vegas forward Ryan Donally and defenseman Tyson Strachan each scored in the defeat. Las Vegas goalie John Ceci stopped 29 of 31 Stockton shots in the loss. Stockton's Ryan MacMurchy and Andy Contois each scored in regulation for the Thunder. Stockton goalie Glenn Fisher picked up the win, stopping 25 of 27 Wranglers shots and four of five in the shootout.

Stockton, CA - The Las Vegas Wranglers defeated the Stockton Thunder 2-1 at the Stockton Arena on Saturday night. Center Tyler Mosienko scored a shorthanded goal just 3:18 into the third period for the one-goal victory. Las Vegas goalie John Ceci stopped 29 of 30 Stockton shots for the win. Wranglers center Chris Ferraro also scored as Las Vegas tied for the ECHL league lead with their 16th win of the season.
Wranglers Roster Shuffled Again, Lalande Recalled
The Las Vegas roster experienced more changes this past week. Defenseman Jason Jozsa was returned from recall by Quad City of the AHL on Friday. Goalie Kevin Lalande was recalled to Quad City on Saturday. Forward Adam Cracknell and defenseman Gerry Burke both remain in the AHL with the Flames. Center Curtis Fraser remains on recall in the AHL with San Antonio. Goalie Daniel Manzato is still recalled to Albany (AHL). Kelly Czuy (LW), Marco Peluso (LW), Justin Donati (C) and Mike McBain (D) are all on the injured reserve list.

Johnson has 11 goals and 14 points in his last ten games played. Trevor Smith leads all Utah defensemen with 19 points (9G-10A) in 17 games played. Smith leads the Grizzlies with a +14 rating. Utah is 7-1-2 in the last ten games played and 3-0-2 in the last five games. Utah is the last team to defeat Las Vegas in regulation this season.
