Wednesday, December 5

COLUMBIA 5 - Johnstown 2

Johnstown took a 2-0 lead but the Inferno came out and scored five goals in the third period within a 12 minute span. Jeremy Hall netted the game winning goal and four other players scored for the Inferno including Tyler Doig (PP), Patrick Wellar, Jeff Miles and Todd Perry (PP). Todd Ford earned the win stopping 26 of 28 shots on goal.

Friday, December 7

MISSISSIPPI 6 - Columbia 5 (OT)

The Inferno jumped out to a 3-0 quick lead in the first with goals by Anthony Battaglia, Mac Faulkner and Tyler Doig. Mississippi answered back just as fast in the first with three unanswered goals to tie the game. Faulkner netted his second of the game at 2:04 of the second period. The Sea Wolves scored two more goals to take the 5-4 lead. Daniel Sparre tied the game at 19:23 of the third period to send the game into overtime. Mississippi scored the game winner at 2:15 on the power play.

Saturday, December 8

FLORIDA 3 - Columbia 2

Steve McJannet scored the two goals for the Inferno. Tyler Doig and Liam Huculak each had two assists. The Inferno outshot the Everblades 34-30.

The Arena @ Gwinnett Center

This is the first of nine meetings between the Gladiators and Inferno. Gwinnett is currently in second place in the South Division with 29 points (14-5-1). The Inferno are 8-19-4 all-time against Gwinnett.

Bobcats Arena

The Checkers currently stand in seventh place with 19 points (8-6-3) in the South Division. This is the sixth of 10 games between the Inferno and Checkers. The Inferno are 1-3-1 against Charlotte this season.
