The Thunder will be looking for their 13th win of the year on home ice and will to avoid losing four in a row for the first time in franchise history.

KENT TOUCH THIS: With Ken Appleby's recall to Albany of the AHL and Drew Fielding claimed on waivers by the Brampton Beast, Kent Simpson has taken the reins as Adirondack's number one between the pipes. DRESSED TO KILL: Adirondack has been dominant on the penalty kill over their last eleven games, allowing just one power-play goal in that span. Defenseman Ryan Constant also collected an assist on the play, deadlocking him with center Mitchell Heard for the team lead.

BRAND NEW DANA: Dana Fraser scored his seventh goal of the season last Sunday against the Monarchs, finishing a play started by Alex Carrier and Gunnar Hughes. The Tatamagouche, NS native is also one of six active Thunder players with seven goals or more.

A ROYAL RUMBLE: The visiting Reading Royals will make the most of an opportunity to climb towards a playoff spot against the Thunder. The Royals are led by forwards Robbie Czarnik (17 goals) and Justin Crandall (31 assists, 42 points) while Martin Ouelette has been the leader between the pipes with a 2.00 GAA and a .916 save percentage.
