The set-up

The Belleville Senators will to rectify a shootout loss Friday as they host the Cleveland Monsters once again.

Belleville (25-23-2-4) extended its point streak to 11 games in the loss and narrowed its playoff deficit to just two points.

Cleveland (24-21-5-1) sits a spot below the Sens in the standings and trails Belleville by two points but having played three less games.

Belleville is 15-8-0-2 at CAA Arena this season while the Monsters have 13 road victories.

Roster notes

The status of Logan Brown is unclear after he didn't play Friday night. However, Troy Mann did confirm that Marcus Hogberg will start again for the Senators.

Boston Leier, Andrew Sturtz, Justin Falk and Morgan Klimchuk are out for Belleville.

Previous history

Cleveland has won three of the four meetings against Belleville this year. Friday's win by the Monsters however was the first road victory by either team this year against each other.

Who to watch

Jim O'Brien returned to Belleville's line-up Friday after missing the first 53 games of the season and was a catalyst in the Sens' only goal.

Nikita Korostelev had the only Cleveland goal in regulation Friday and also buried the shootout winner. The Russian has eight points (two goals) in 14 games this year.

Saturday's game starts at 7:00pm and can also be seen on AHLTV. Fans can also watch tonight's contest at Shoeless Joe's in Belleville.
