ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades finished off the past week by picking up three of four points at South Carolina. The Blades enter this week's action with a record, 3-2-1 (7 pts., T-2nd South Division).

THIS WEEK (All Times Eastern)

Monday, November 3 at Gwinnett Gladiators 7:05 p.m.

GAME NOTES: The Everblades wrap up their first road trip of the season at Gwinnett. This is the first of 11 games between the South Division rivals this season and the first of six at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Last season the Everblades were 1-5-0 vs. the Gladiators including going 0-3-0 at Gwinnett. The Everblades and Gladiators have met 39 times over their five-year rivalry. The Everblades hold an all-time record of 14-19-6 vs. Gwinnett and are 6-12-1 all-time on the road vs. the Gladitors. The Gladiators enter this week's action with a record of 2-1-2 (6 pts., T-5th, South Division)

Friday & Saturday, November 7 & 8 vs. Gwinnett Gladiators 7:30 p.m. (Both Games)

GAME NOTES: The Everblades return home to begin another four-game home stand on Friday night vs. the Gladiators. The games will be the first two of five at Germain Arena between the division rivals. Last season the Everblades were 1-2-0 vs. Gwinnett at home and the Everblades hold an all-time record of 8-7-5 at home vs. the Gladiators.

PROMOTIONS:

Friday, November 7: Chewy Toy Night! The Everblades and the Naples Humane Society have teamed up to help animals in need! Fans are asked to bring Chewy Toys, cat litter, or canned dog/cat food (no dry food please!) to donate the Naples Humane Society. The humane society will have a table located on the concourse for fans to drop off their donatons.

Saturday, November 8: Retro Night! The Everblades are turning back the clock to the 80's on Saturday night! Come enjoy the game as we flash back to the 80's with the music the movies and more! Come dress as your favorite 80's character and have the chance to win door prizes courtesy of Universal Studios, The Lazy Flamingo and LaBamba Restaurant!!!

Friday, October 31 at South Carolina Stingrays 3-2 OTL

The Everblades opened their first road trip of the season with a 3-2 overtime loss at South Carolina. After the Stingrays scored the games first two goals, the Everblades chipped their way back into the game on a second period goal by Ernie Hartlieb and a third period power play goal by Jonathan Paiement. In overtime however, the Stingrays notched the game winning goal four minutes into the five minute period with a power play maker. In goal David Leggio got credit for a tie after stopping 28 of 31 shots. Florida Specials Teams: PP: 1-of-6; PK: 7-of-8.

Saturday, November 1 at South Carolina Stingrays 5-2 Win

The Everblades used a season-high four power play goals to erase a 2-0 deficit and pick up their first road win of the season on Saturday night. Trailing 2-0 entering the second period, the Everblades exploded for four goals in the middle frame, three of which came with Florida on the man advantage. Kyle Peto, Ross Carlson, and Kevin Baker recorded the power play goals and Ryan Lang added a short-handed marker to give the Everblades a 4-2 lead after two. Baker notched his second power play goal of the game early in the third period. In goal Anton Khudobin recorded his second straight win by stopping 32 of 34 shots. Florida Special Teams: PP: 4-of-6; PK: 5-of-5.

Player of the Week Nominee: This week's Everblades Player of the Week nominee is Ross Carlson who tallied a goal and added two assists in the two games this past week and was a plus-1. The Everblades Goaltender of the Week nominee is Anton Khudobin who was 1-0-0 with a 2.00 GAA in his lone start on Saturday.

Special Teams Breakdown: Here's a look at the special teams of the Everblades and how it breaks down overall, home and away: Power play: 9-of-46 (19.6%) which ranks the Everblades 13th in the ECHL. At home the Everblades are 4-of-34 (11.8%) which ranks 22nd. On the road the Everblades are 5-of-12 (41.7%) which ranks 1st. Penalty Kill: 39-of-45 (86.7%) which ranks the Everblades 3rd in the ECHL.
