THROWBACK NIGHT / TEDDY BEAR TOSS

TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: With a monumental comeback win last night in Evansville under their belts, the Cyclones will wrap up their brief two-game weekend tonight with a Saturday night stop against the Toledo Walleye. Cincy has claimed victory in each of the three games with the Fish this season, with each contest getting decided by a single goal.

SCOUTING THE WALLEYE: After falling by a 4-3 final score last night in Fort Wayne, Nick Vitucci's club sits 17 points out of the North Division lead and ranks last in the Eastern Conference. With Trevor Parkes currently in the American Hockey League, Travis Novak is Toledo's active leader in scoring; the second-year pro has amassed 18 points (7 goals, 11 assists) in 21 games this season. Kevin Lynch, who has 11 tallies (4 goals, 7 assists) this year, is the active leader against the Cyclones with two goals and one assist. Former Boston Bruins first-round pick Hannu Toivonen has started in seven straight game and has earned an 3-6-0 record with a 3.89 goals-against average. He lost his only meeting with Cincinnati earlier this month, allowing three goals on 32 shots.

Fond of the Familiar: Cincinnati has been especially tough to beat when playing their North Division adversaries. Against Evansville, Fort Wayne, Kalamazoo, and Toledo the Cyclones have collectively earned a 10-4-1 record this season. It's the best inter-division record among the five teams from the "North."

"Haze" of Glory: Jonathan Hazen collected a pair of points last night, extending his streak to four straight games. Cincinnati has been nearly perfect when he puts his name on the score sheet; the Clones are 8-0-1 in such situations.

Get Barry The Puck: Cyclones forward Barry Almeida is on pace for a career year. With points in three straight games, he has already tied his goal totals from last year (10). Cincy is 10-2-0 when he earns at least a point.
