Bulls and Thunder Meet in Stockton

Tonight's Matchup: The San Francisco Bulls (11-15-2-1) continue with their five-game set against the Stockton Thunder (14-10-0-4), tonight, at Stockton Arena. This is the fifth of 15 meetings between these clubs this season. The Bulls hold the edge in the season series six points to three. The Bulls are 9-6-2 all-time against Stockton.

Last night, the Bulls needed some more third period heroics to earn a 5-2 win over Stockton while wearing Ugly Sweater Specialty Jerseys. After falling behind early in the third period, the Bulls stormed back with four unanswered goals, including two by Jordan Morrison. Tyler Beskorowany made 35 saves for his 10th win of the season. The Bulls also received goals from Tyler Gron, Luke Judson and Adrian Foster. Gron and Kalvin Sagert, who had two assists last night, both extended their point streaks to five games. Foster has points in four straight games. Dean Ouellet added three assists last night to give him nine points in his last seven games.

The Thunder's Corey Trivino continued his strong play last night with the go-ahead goal in the third period. He leads the team in assists (19), and is their active leader in points (24). He has compiled 13 points (2g, 11a) in the team's last 11 games.

San Francisco is in sixth place in the Western Conference with 25 points. They are six points ahead of the Las Vegas Wranglers. The Thunder are in fifth place with 32 points, two points behind the Idaho Steelheads

Following tonight's game, the Bulls finish their three-game weekend set against the Thunder tomorrow in Stockton at 4 pm.
