
ECHL Announces Fines, Suspension

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Saturday announced the following fines and suspension.
Stockton's Constant fined, suspended
Stockton's Ryan Constant has been suspended pending a review and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #298, Stockton at San Francisco, on Dec. 27.
Constant was assessed a match penalty for fighting under Rule #46.15 at 12:55 of the third period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Constant will miss Stockton's games against San Francisco tonight (Dec. 28) and tomorrow (Dec. 29) and any further discipline will be announced next week.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Stockton's Hunt fined
Stockton's Garet Hunt has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #298, Stockton at San Francisco, on Dec. 27.
Hunt was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for boarding under Rule #41.5 at 0:40 of the first period. He is fined under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
