Reunited

By being reassigned to Kalamazoo, goaltender Oscar Dansk has been reunited with two members of the K-Wings. Dansk, who made a team season-high 43 saves last night, was a teammate of Dane Fox for the past two seasons with the Erie Otters and with forward Ludwig Blomstrand on Team Sweden three seasons ago during the World Hockey Junior Championships.

Second Period Dominance

Leading after the second period has been vital for the K-Wings. Kalamazoo is 4-0-0-0 when leading after 40-minutes of play.

Ending a Streak

The K-Wings enter tonight trying to snap an overall six game winless (0-5-0-1) streak and a four-game (0-3-0-1) home winless. Both streaks are tied for the longest in K-Wings' ECHL history.

Power Surge No team in the ECHL has been better on the power-play than the Toledo Walleye. Toledo leads the league on the man-advantage at 31.7% (20-for-63).

Homecoming Tonight will be homecoming for Toledo's Dane Walters, Michael Leone and Shane Berschbach. Walters played his colligate hockey at Western Michigan University, while Leone and Berschbach have been members of the K-Wings, as well as played collegiately at WMU.

Toledo's Justin Mercier has been on a scoring tear. Mercier has earned points in each of his last seven games.
