Columbus Returns Marc Methot

Syracuse, NY (April 2, 2008) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have returned defenseman Marc Methot.

Methot, 22, has appeared in 59 games for the Crunch this season, tallying 6 goals, 4 assists and 111 penalty minutes. He has also appeared in 9 games with Columbus this season, registering 8 penalty minutes.

A native of Ottawa, Ontario, Methot was drafted by Columbus in the sixth round, 168th overall, in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
