The Condors Make History! On Thursday, December 2nd the Condors hosted the Fresno Falcons as the Bakersfield Californian, FOX 58, KERN 1410 AM & Arrival Communications hosted the first ever Businesspersons' Special / Kids' Field Trip Day. This special 10:30 a.m. start time enabled area schools to participate in a field trip. Over 2,500 children attended the game with a total attendance of 4,761. Each child received a 16 - page educational handout relating hockey in geography, math, as well rules of the game.

Saturday, December 11th - Condors Mike Hofstrand and Colonel Claw'd will be attending the Eighth Annual Make-A-Wish Christmas Party from 10:30am - 11:30am. The party is for all Kern County Wish Kids, their families, and Make-A-Wish volunteers. The party will be held at the Eagles Aerie Lodge # 93 located at 1718 17th Street in Bakersfield.
Saturday, December 11th - Join the Condors as they welcome the Greenville Grrrowl to Centennial Garden as KGET-TV 17 & Subway host Backpack Giveaway Night. The first 2,000 children, 12 & under, will receive a special edition 2004-2005 Condors backpack. Also, the night marks the R&D Leather Furniture / Stay Focused Ministries Toy Drive. Fans can receive $1.00 terrace admission with the donation of a new, unwrapped toy.
Tickets to all Condors home games can be purchased at the Centennial Garden box office open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, with extended hours on event days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone through Ticketmaster at 322-2525, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.

Be in the Guinness Book of World Records! Saturday, December 18th 2004, join the Condors as WB-TV 12 & the Big 96.5 host the World's Largest Pillow Fight. Fans are encouraged to bring a pillow to join the Condors as we attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the largest pillow fight. Pillows will then by collected and donated to the Bakersfield Homeless Shelter and other local charities.
Project Warm Families is back! Monday, December 20th KGET-TV 17 & News Radio 970 KGET present the 2004-2005 Project Warm Families. Donate a new or slightly used coat and receive $1.00 terrace admission. The coats will be to needy families through Junior Achievement.
