
'Claws One Game out - Playoff Tickets Now on Sale

LAKEWOOD, NJ - BlueClaws 2012 playoff four-packs are now on sale, the team announced Monday. The BlueClaws are currently just one game out of first place and looking for their fourth South Atlantic League title. They can qualify for the playoffs by winning the second-half title.
Currently, playoff four-packs are on sale to: BlueClaws ticket package holders (of all sizes), BlueClaws corporate partners, BlueClaws group leaders, Silver Sluggers Club members, Kids Club members. They will go on sale to the general public on Monday, August 20th.
Playoff Schedule
Northern Division Championship Series
Lakewood would host GAME ONE of the South Atlantic League Northern Division Championship Series against first-half champion Greensboro on Wednesday, September 5th. Games two and three (if necessary) would take place in Greensboro on September 7th and 8th.
South Atlantic League Championship Series
Lakewood would host GAMES THREE, FOUR, AND FIVE (four and five are if necessary) on September 13th, 14th, and 15th (Thursday - Saturday) after games one and two take place on September 10th and 11th at the Southern Division champion.
Thus, the BlueClaws could host up to four playoff games (September 5th, 13th, 14th, and 15th).
A playoff four-pack gives fans a ticket to each of these four playoff games. They are on sale by calling 732-901-7000 option 3 or in-person at the BlueClaws box office. Individual game playoff tickets will go on sale on August 27th.
Each playoff four-pack is $40 per adult or $28 per junior/senior. Seating will be handled in the order that packages are reserved, so for the best seating, fans are encouraged to reserve their four-packs as soon as possible.
Unplayed playoff games or in the event the BlueClaws do not qualify for the playoffs: If the BlueClaws do not qualify for the post-season, your account will be credited with the value of any unplayed games. This money can be used immediately towards a 2013 BlueClaws mini plan and/or the purchase of tickets to the 2013 South Atlantic League All-Star Game.
The BlueClaws have made the playoffs three times: 2006, 2009, and 2010, winning the league championship each time. They have clinched the title at home on two occasions (2006 and 2010) and would do so again this year.
The BlueClaws have a record of 15-4 all-time in the post-season.
