Chiefs To Canvas Neighborhoods

Johnstown, PA- Several of the Johnstown Chiefs staff members and fans will be conducting neighborhood canvases over the next two weeks.
Beginning Thursday, October 2nd, several Chiefs staff members and fans will be distributing Chiefs schedule and ticket information to homes the Roxbury section of Johnstown. Canvases are also planned for Ferndale (Oct. 8) and Ebensburg (Oct. 14). The participants will begin at approximately 5:00 p.m.
"This is something we are experimenting with. A grass roots way to reach out to the people of the region. We will measure how the response is with these canvases to see if it is something we will do in the future. It is a great personal way to reach out and promote Johnstown Chiefs hockey, said Chiefs Vice President and General Manager Jim Brazill.
