Boardwalk Bullies Left Wing Caudron Named Runner-Up for the InGlasCo ECHL Player of the Week

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Today the East Coast Hockey League announced that Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies left wing J.F. Caudron was named a runner-up for the InGlasCo ECHL Player of the Week for the week of January 27 – February 2, 2003.

The 24-year old forward earned nine points (6G, 3A) and was a plus-5 in three games last week. Caudron tallied three points (2G, 1A), including a short-handed goal, and was a plus-2 in Atlantic City's 5-4 loss to the Trenton Titans on Wednesday, Jan. 29, and scored a goal in the Bullies' 7-3 blasting of the Johnstown Chiefs on Friday, Jan. 31. The St. Hubert, Quebec, native earned five points, including a hat trick, and was a plus-4 in Atlantic City's 5-2 win against the Northeast Division's second-place Greensboro Generals.

The 5-10, 180-pound winger has 11 multiple-point games this season. Last year, his rookie season, Caudron registered 40 points (24G, 16A) in 51 games with the Bullies. In four seasons at the University of Vermont, the former Catamount tallied 31 goals and 49 assists for 80 points in 110 games.

Cincinnati Cyclones' Ryan Gaucher was named the InGlasCo ECHL Player of the Week. The defenseman registered eight points (3G, 5A) and was a plus-1 in three games last week, two against the Lexington Men O'War and one against the last-place Augusta Lynx.
