(Toledo, Ohio) The Toledo Storm of the ECHL announced today winners of the Annual Storm Booster Club Awards Banquet.

The Awards Banquet was held last night for the fourteenth consecutive season. Goaltender Scott Fankhouser was the big winner as he collected the team Most Valuable Player award and the Jerry Francis award, which is given to the player who gives 100 percent every night. Scooter Smith collected the Best Offensive Award, while P.J. Martin won the award for the Best Defensive Player. Rookie Shawn Collymore took home the award for the Most Improved Player throughout the year. Rick Judson collected yet another award for becoming the Storm's all-time goal scoring leader.

Toledo hits the road on Thursday in Reading, before finishing the season at home Friday night against Peoria and Saturday night against Trenton. Storm need just 1 point in their final 3 games to clinch a spot Toledo Hockey...A History of Champions!
