
Wranglers Trumped By Aces 3-2

Las Vegas, NV â The Las Vegas Wranglers were defeated by the Alaska Aces 3-2 in front of 3,829 fans at the Orleans Arena. Wranglers' center Matt Dzieduszycki scored both Wranglers goals in the loss. Wranglers' rookie winger Marco Peluso had assists on both goals. Alaska center Scott Gomez tallied two assists for the Aces in the win. The Wranglers will face the Alaska Aces on Friday night at 7:05 pm.
In the first period, forward BJ Young scored on the power play to give the Aces a 1-0 lead. Forward Chris Minard, the ECHL's leading goal scorer, added to his league lead with his 48th goal of the year at the 8:57 mark to push the Aces to a 2-0 lead.
In the second period, Matt Dzieduszycki scored for the Wranglers, trimming the Aces lead to 2-1.
In the third period, Aces winger Vladimir Novak slipped a puck between the legs of Marc Magliarditi to run the Aces lead to 3-1. Center Dzieduszycki scored at 16:53 to make the final score 3-2.
The Wranglers conclude their season with their final two home games against Alaska on April 8th, and 9th at 7:05 pm. On Friday April 8th, the Wranglers will hand out 1,500 six-pack coolers sponsored by KOMP 92.3 FM. On Saturday April 9th, every fan through the door will receive a Wranglers team poster sponsored by NBC-TV 3.
Tickets for all games are on sale now. Fans may purchase seats to all Wranglers home games at any of the following ticket locations; The Orleans Arena Box Office, Coast Casinos' showroom box offices at The Orleans, Gold Coast and Suncoast, or at the Boulevard, Galleria or Meadows Malls guest relations/ticket centers.
