2016 Schedule Announced

January 28, 2016 - Celebrating its 20th anniversary as one of three original WNBA franchises, the Los Angeles Sparks will open the 2016 WNBA season on Sunday, May 15 vs. the Seattle Storm at 2:00 pm at STAPLES Center. Los Angeles will host seven weekend games at STAPLES Center, featuring five Sunday matinee contests and two Friday night games, including the first visit from Diana Taurasi and the Phoenix Mercury on Friday, June 17 at 7:30 pm. September 24, 2015 - Los Angeles - Sparks rookie guard Ana Dabovic was named to the 2015 WNBA All-Rookie Team, it was announced today by the WNBA. The All-Rookie Team also features Jewell Loyd and Ramu Tokashiki of the Seattle Storm, Kiah Stokes and Brittany Boyd of the New York Liberty and the Indiana Fever's Natalie Achonwa (tied for fifth). September 9, 2015 - LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles Sparks Executive Vice President and General Manager Penny Toler announced today the signing of two-time WNBA All-Star center Michelle Snow.
