Thunderbirds Set for Fan Appreciation Night
April 10, 2026 - WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Twin City Thunderbirds are set to host the Blue Ridge Bobcats tonight at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Arena for Fan Appreciation Night. Tonight's game is Twin City's final home game of the 2025-2026 season. Every fan in attendance will receive a free Thunderbirds Team Photo poster, and players will be available following the game for autographs. Dawgs Strike for Seven Unanswered Goals to Rout Bulls 7-1 in Game One
April 9, 2026 - Pelham, Ala. - The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs (1-0) took the opening game of the 2026 SPHL President's Cup Playoffs in commanding fashion, defeating the Birmingham Bulls (0-1) 7-1 on Thursday night at the Pelham Civic Complex.
For the third time in franchise history, the Dawgs and Bulls are meeting in the postseason, including a rematch of the 2023 SPHL President's Cup Finals, won by the Dawgs in four games.

April 9, 2026 - MACON, GA - Nick Latino vich made 26 saves to become just the third goaltender in Pe oria's SPHL era to record a shutout in the playoffs. The Rivermen shut out the Macon Mayhem 2-0 at the Macon Coliseum o n Thursday night to take a 1-0 series lead against the Mayhem. Garrett Devine scored both g oals for Peoria.

Bison Earn Historic Win over Swamp Rabbits
April 9, 2026 - Greenville, S.C. - Eight skaters recorded multi-point games and Grant Porter tallied five assists to help the Bloomington Bison score eight goals for the first time in team history in a 8-5 win over the Greenville Swamp Rabbits at Bon Secours Wellness Arena on Thursday evening.
