July 2, 2026 - CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC today announced Nico Estévez has joined the technical staff as First Team Assistant Coach. Estévez replaces Filipe Çelikkaya on the sideline, who departed Chicago in June to become head coach of Hungarian League side ZTE FC. Real Salt Lake Recalls Mason Stajduhar from Las Vegas Lights FC

July 2, 2026 - HERRIMAN, Utah - Real Salt Lake announced today it has recalled the loan goalkeeper of Mason Stajduhar from USL Championship side Las Vegas Lights FC. Stajduhar spent the first half of the 2026 MLS World Cup break in "Sin City". Appearing in four matches with Las Vegas Stajduhar notched two clean sheets becoming the Lights clean sheet leader this season. Columbus Crew Acquire Brais Méndez as Designated Player

July 2, 2026 - COLUMBUS - The Columbus Crew have acquired Brais Méndez as a Designated Player from La Liga's Real Sociedad. The Spanish midfielder - who will occupy an international roster slot pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate and P-1 Visa - will be added to the Crew roster when the MLS secondary transfer window opens on July 13. CF Montréal Acquires Midfielder Dani Pereira from Austin FC

July 2, 2026 - MONTREAL - CF Montréal announced today that it has acquired midfielder Dani Pereira from Austin FC for $1.4 million in 2026 General Allocation Money (GAM), $700,000 in 2027 GAM and up to $250,000 in conditional GAM. As part of the transaction, Austin FC will retain a portion of Pereira's 2026 salary as well as hold a percentage of a future transfer.
