November 2, 2025 - FAYETTEVILLE, NC. - The Rail Yard Dawgs (2-4) prevailed on the road on Sunday afternoon against the Fayetteville Marksmen (2-1-2), taking a 3-2 overtime win at the Crown Coliseum. C.J. Valerian capped off his Gordie Howe Hat Trick with the game-winning goal, Joe Widmar and Matt Dorsey added goals for Roanoke, and Austyn Roudebush stopped 31-of-33 shots faced in net to record his 110th career SPHL victory.

November 2, 2025 - HUNTERSVILLE, NC - The SPHL on Sunday announced that Fayetteville's Coltan Wilkie has been suspended for one game as a result of his actions in Game 20, Roanoke at Fayetteville, played on Saturday, November 1.
At 5:52 of the third period, Wilkie was assessed a minor penalty for elbowing.

November 1, 2025 - PENSACOLA, FLA. - On Day of the Dead Night at the Hangar, the Ice Flyers battled the Macon Mayhem in front of 5,414 fans in a thrilling contest that went the distance. The first period remained scoreless as both goaltenders stood tall.
Macon's Conor Witherspoon broke the deadlock in the second period, but Dawson Sciarrino answered back with his first professional goal to tie the game at 1-1. The score remained tied through the third period, sending the game to overtime.

Without any penalties or goals, the first period remained calm. Both goalies made good work in the crease, saving puck after puck. The Havoc had more shots on goal, outshooting the Storm 12-7 in the first frame.
