Big Sweep Keeps Storm in Playoff Position
March 18, 2026 - MOLINE, IL - The Storm swept the Fayetteville Marksmen over the weekend to maintain position in the eighth and final SPHL President's Cup playoff spot. The Storm currently sit in eighth place, one point behind the Knoxville Ice Bears in seventh and three points behind the Birmingham Bulls in sixth.

March 16, 2026 - In the first game of the IFL season, the Quad City Steamwheelers faced off in the first of two matchups against Eastern Conference foe, the Fishers Freight, at the Fishers Events Center. In a grueling game, two turnovers and a lack of timely stops proved too much for the Steamwheelers to overcome, as they fell 45-27 and dropped to 0-1.

Steamwheelers Training Camp Defense Preview
March 11, 2026 - On the other side of the football, the Quad City Steamwheelers, coming off a loss in the Eastern Conference Finals last season, not only revamped their defense but also brought back many key players from last year's team to help lead them to the promised land.
