Havoc Win Battle in Birmingham

SPHL Huntsville Havoc January 18, 2021 - BIRMINGHAM - The Havoc were victorious in their first matchup of the season against the Birmingham Bulls 4-3. After a defensive dominant first period, the Bulls and Havoc got busy in the second with a total of five goals in the period. The Havoc finished the period with a 3-2 lead before Jared Legien tied it for Birmingham in the third. Rob Darrar followed up Legien's goal with the game-winner coming 15:54 into the final period. SPHL Huntsville Havoc January 16, 2021 - KNOXVILLE - The Havoc dropped their road contest against the Ice Bears by a score of 6-2. Huntsville drops to .500 on the season with three wins and three losses. The Ice Bears got out to a blistering start with four goals coming in the first period. Knoxville went on to take a 5-0 lead in the second period before John Schiavo and Mathieu Newcomb got on the board for the Havoc. SPHL Huntsville Havoc January 15, 2021 - HUNTSVILLE - The Huntsville Havoc won the first ever professional 4-on-4 hockey competition versus the Ice Bears 4-3. Sy Nutkevitch scored his second goal of the season in the first period to take an early lead. The second period saw an abundance of scoring with a total of five goals. Kyle Rhodes and Rob Darrar both found the back of the net as well as Ryan Cook who netted his first professional goal. Havoc Name Piacentini Captain

SPHL Huntsville Havoc January 13, 2021 - HUNTSVILLE - Tyler Piacentini has been named the 2020-21 team captain, head coach Glenn Detulleo announced. Piacentini will don the "C" on his jersey for this first time in his professional career. He takes over as team captain replacing former teammate Scott Trask. The 5-foot-5 forward from South Weymouth, MA will become the ninth captain in Havoc history. This season marks Piacentini's fourth with Huntsville playing in a total of 138 games.
