MacIntyre Recalled by Nashville

Milwaukee, WI - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled goaltender Drew MacIntyre from the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.

MacIntyrehas played 44 games for the Admirals this season, and currently leads the AHL in wins, having posted a 29-11-2 record. A free-agent signee of Nashville on July 1, 2008, MacIntyre also ranks among the league leaders in goals-against average (2.34) and save percentage (.920). The Charlottetown, P.E.I., native has appeared in two NHL games - both with Vancouver in 2007-08 - notching a 2.95 goals-against average and .864 save percentage.

The Admirals continue their current five-game road trip on Wednesday night at 7:00 pm against the Rockford IceHogs. The team doesn't return home until Friday, March 20th at 7:00 pm against the Lake Erie Monsters. Fans can buy tickets by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
