Lancers Alger Plays Way Onto SportsCenter

September 24, 2016 - Ralston, NE - Despite the opening night loss to Fargo on Friday Lancer forward Austin Alger played his way onto ESPN's SportsCenter. The forwards' first goal of the night, and the opening tally of the 2016-2017 season, made the networks "Top Ten" coming in at number five. In the first period Alger corralled a loose puck in front of the net with his back turned to the cage.
