January 21, 2017 - Ralston, NE - Omaha won the first of back-to-back games against the Storm on Saturday night skating away with a 3-1 victory. Pierce Crawford took sole possession of the team lead in points (24) with a goal in the third period. Will Scherer recorded his first USHL point with an assist in the second period. Skills Competition Gives Bucs Extra Point

January 21, 2017 - Ralston, NE - A late goal helped the Bucs push overtime before gaining the extra point in the skills competition, topping Omaha 3-2 Friday night. Derek Hamelin gave himself an early birthday present in the first opening the scoring as time wound down in the period. The defenseman stepped over the blue line before snapping a shot low to the blocker side of Nick MacNab. A seeing eye shot found its way just between the blocker and pad to the back of the net.
