Weekly Preview: Road Trip and Teddy Bear Toss Night

January 17, 2019 - RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers (10-18-3-1) are off of a 3-in-3 weekend winning two of the three games played gaining 4 points for a total of 24 on the year. The Lancers topped the Des Moines Buccaneers in a shootout by a final score of 5-4 last Saturday and calmed the Storm on Sunday evening at Ralston Arena 4-2. The fourth tilt between Omaha and Des Moines will take place on Friday, January 18th at Buccaneer Arena. The Bucs have the better record of the season series 2-1. Lancers Calm Storm in 4-2 Victory to Close out 3 Game Weekend

January 13, 2019 - RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers defeated the top-ranked Tri-City Storm at Ralston Arena on Sunday evening by a final score of 4-2. In the first period, Colton Kalezic netted the first goal of the game at 7:17 to give the Storm a 1-0 lead. At 13:46 Tyler Carpenter and Kyle Kawamura went to work getting the first Lancers goal that was scored by Carpenter. Lancers Add Mor Net Presence

January 3, 2019 - RALSTON, NE - Jon Mor was traded to the Omaha Lancers from the Youngstown Phantoms for two draft picks on Thursday. The 2000-birth year goaltender had 14 games played with Youngstown this season. The Highland Park, IL native has spent time playing the USA National Team at both the USHL and USDP levels. A 2019 Phase 1 9th Round Pick and a Phase 2 8th Round Pick were traded to the Phantoms for Mor. December 27, 2018 - RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers were defeated by the Des Moines Buccaneers by a final score of 5-2 on Thursday night at Ralston Arena. In the first period, the Lancers capitalized on their first power-play chance. Cam Berg (7:12) put the puck past Roman Durny.
