Lancers Split Fall Classic

September 19, 2025 - The Omaha Lancers dropped their first game of the season with a 4-1 loss to the Chicago Steel Friday night at the DICK'S Sporting Goods USHL Fall Classic in Cranberry Township, Penn. Ryan Aaronson scored Omaha's (1-1-0-0) lone goal in the first period. Aaronson evened the game up on a wrist shot from the right circle 9:30 into the game. McMahon Keys Season-Opening Win

September 18, 2025 - The Omaha Lancers opened up the 2025-26 season with a 5-4 win over the Green Bay Gamblers Thursday afternoon at the DICK'S Sporting Goods USHL Fall Classic in Cranberry Township, Penn. Thaddeus McMahon scored the game-winning goal in his first USHL game four months after being selected first overall in the USHL Phase I Draft. Lancers Acquire Hyles from Cedar Rapids

September 15, 2025 - The Omaha Lancers announced on Monday the addition of forward Kole Hyles from the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders. The Lancers are sending a 2026 Phase II 6th Round draft pick to the RoughRiders in exchange. Hyles is appearing in his second USHL season in 2025-26. He recorded 15 points (8+7) in 59 games with the RoughRiders last season. "Kole brings more league experience to our lineup," Lancers general manager Marc Fritsche said.
