Storm Chasers Announce 2026 Home Game Times

October 15, 2025 - PAPILLION, NEB. - The Omaha Storm Chasers, in conjunction with Major League Baseball, have announced scheduled first pitch times for all 75 home games at Werner Park in 2026. All game times are subject to change. The home opener, scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, against the Buffalo Bisons, is slated to begin at 6:35 p.m. Weeknight games (Tuesday through Friday) will feature a 6:35 p.m. start time through Friday, May 29, and again from Tuesday, August 18 through Friday, September 18. October 10, 2025 - PAPILLION, NEB. - The Kansas City Royals announced today that Mike Jirschele is retiring following a 48-year career in professional baseball, including 38 years in the Kansas City Royals organization as a player, coach, manager and in the front office. The all-time winningest manager in Omaha franchise history (1,214 wins), Jirschele managed the Triple-A Omaha team for 17 seasons and a franchise-record 2,454 games, representing 31% of the club's history. Chasers Drop Final Game of 2025 to Clippers

September 21, 2025 - COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Omaha Storm Chasers dropped their final game of the season 3-1 to the Columbus Clippers Sunday afternoon at Huntington Park. Major League rehabber Bailey Falter made the start for Omaha, opening the game with a scoreless 1st frame. The southpaw faced 2 batters in the 2nd before Brandon Johnson relieved him, taking over with 1 out and inheriting a base runner.
