April 4, 2026 - LINCOLN, Neb. - The Lincoln Stars (28-29-4-1) fell in the final game of the regular season to the Omaha Lancers on Saturday night. Lincoln had the better of the chances through the first 20 minutes, but a questionable tripping call on Samuel Murin led to a power-play for the Lancers, and they were able to capitalize, taking the lead as the Stars surrendered their third power-play goal on the weekend. Stars Fall to Buccaneers Friday Night

April 3, 2026 - LINCOLN, Neb. - The Lincoln Stars (28-28-4-1) fell at home to the Des Moines Buccaneers 4-2 on Friday night. Lincoln thought they drew first blood, but after review it was revealed that KJ Sauer hit the post on the power-play, and the game would remain 0-0. The Buccaneers would strike twice in the final five minutes of the period on the power-play to take a 2-0 lead into the first intermission. Saltdogs Sign Pair of Venezuelan Relief Pitchers

April 3, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs have announced the signings of Jeferson Figueroa and Gabriel Jaramillo for the 2026 season. Jeferson Figueroa is a 5'10", 180-pound right-handed relief pitcher. The 25-year-old is a former 32nd-round draft pick of the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2019 MLB Amateur Draft, out of the Florida Virtual School, in Orlando, Florida.
