March 18, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs have announced the signings of Foster Pace and Jairo Pomares for the 2026 season. Foster Pace is a 5'11", 175-pound right-handed pitcher. The 28-year-old is a familiar face to Lincoln as he played for the Saltdogs in 2024, when he started 15 games and went 5-3 with a 3.11 ERA, in 84.0 innings pitched. March 9, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs have announced the acquisition Nick Shumpert and the signing of Tyler Stasiowski for the 2026 season. Nick Shumpert is a 5'11", 180-pound infielder. Shumpert was acquired by Lincoln via a trade with the Evansville Otters of the Frontier League, for future considerations. February 26, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs have announced the signing of two additional players for the upcoming 2026 season Ryan Rembisz is a 6'1", 215-pound left-handed pitcher. The 23-year-old native of Portland, Oregon comes to Lincoln after his first professional season, in 2025, with the Ottawa Titans in the Frontier League, where he recorded three starts. February 19, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs have announced the signing of Edwin Garcia for the 2026 season. Garcia is a 6'1" 185-pound infielder. The 34-year-old right-handed hitter is no stranger to professional baseball. The native of Venezuela has played in over 1,600 professional games ranging from Low-A to Triple-A.
