January 29, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - In collaboration with the American Association of Professional Baseball, the Lincoln Saltdogs have announced that they will serve as the host city for the 2026 American Association All-Star Game. Haymarket Park, voted the best playing surface in the American Association for the last 24 seasons, and home to the Lincoln Saltdogs will be the venue for a series of All-Star festivities Monday, July 13th through Wednesday, July 15th.

January 23, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs have announced that Nate Blain will return for the 2026 season. The 6'0" 205-pound right-handed starter will be back for his second season with the Saltdogs. Blain began his professional career with Lincoln in 2025 and posted a 5-4 record with a 4.50 ERA. In 19 appearances with 16 starts, Blain worked 86.0 innings. In addition, Blain recorded Lincoln's lone complete game in 2025 with a shutout victory over Lake Country on May 27th, at Haymarket Park.

January 20, 2026 - LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs have announced the return of Jack Dragum and Griffin Everitt to the roster is 2026. In addition, Mason Minzey joins Lincoln.
Jack Dragum, a 6'1" 200-pound right-handed infielder, will spend his third season with the Saltdogs. After a 2024 season, that saw Dragum earn American Association All-Star status, Dragum battled through injuries in 2025, although batted .301 in 33 games. Dragum brings valuable experience to Lincoln at third base, shortstop and second base.
