December 15, 2025 - COLUMBUS, OH - The Columbus Clippers and The Ohio State University announced that the Buckeyes baseball team will play their first-ever regular season game at Huntington Park on Friday, May 8, 2026, against the Michigan State Spartans. Knights Announce 2026 Home Game Times

December 10, 2025 - CHARLOTTE, NC - Home game times for the Charlotte Knights 2026 season have been set. Opening Knight, Friday, March 27 against the Durham Bulls (Triple-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays) will see a first pitch time of 7:04 p.m. The Knights will once again honor Charlotte's 704 area code with 33 of the team's 75 home dates set for a 7:04 p.m. first pitch. Prospector Baseball Group Acquires Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp

December 9, 2025 - JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Prospector Baseball Group (PBG) has acquired the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp from Ken Babby, the principal and founder of Fast Forward Sports Group. The transaction closed Tuesday following approval by Major League Baseball. PBG has also acquired the Akron RubberDucks, the other Minor League Baseball franchise owned by Fast Forward Sports, as part of the transaction.
