April 7, 2026 - (Rochester, NY) - The Rochester Americans announced today that the team will opens its 71st American Hockey League season - and 45th as the top affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres - at home on Friday, Oct. 2 at The Blue Cross Arena. Amerks Sign Valente to AHL Deal for 2026-27 Season

April 7, 2026 - (Rochester, NY) - The Rochester Americans announced today that the team has signed forward Liam Valente to a one-year American Hockey League contract for the 2026-27 season. He will play out the remainder of the current season with the Amerks on a Professional Tryout.
