February 28, 2026 - St Louis CITY2 kicked off the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season with a dominant 4-0 win over cross-state rivals Sporting KC II. Evan Carlock opened the scoring with his first professional goal just 14 minutes in, off an assist from Palmer Ault, who recorded his first professional assist. February 26, 2026 - St Louis CITY2 signed midfielder Jack Wagoner to a one-year MLS NEXT Pro contract through December 2026 with a club option through June 2027. Wagoner joins CITY2 after spending four years at Indiana University.
