Fresno, CA â The Las Vegas Wranglers defeated the Fresno Falcons at the Save Mart Center 6-3 on Sunday night. Krahn won his third straight start in net after starting 0-3-2. Cam Bristow and Jason McBain each scored for the Wranglers in the team's first win on the road since November 8th at Long Beach. WRANGLERS MIDNIGHT ROUND-UP NEXT WEEK
KKLZ and Star 102.7 FM lend their support to the first-ever "Wranglers Midnight Holiday Roundup" which will be held on Monday, December 22nd at the Orleans Arena. The contest against the Bakersfield Condors will begin at midnight on Monday, in an effort to welcome the thousands of casino workers in Las Vegas whose schedules would normally prevent them from attending a Wranglers' game. The game's primary purpose is to collect new toys for less fortunate children during the holidays. The Wranglers will target larger Las Vegas employers to conduct toy drives amongst their workforces and provide ticket discounts to the game itself for individuals who donate new toys upon ticket purchase. Fans who bring a new toy donation will receive a $5 discount from any single seat they purchase, and a special group rate of $10 will be available to any participating group.
Once the game ends, the Wranglers front office and other volunteers will immediately take the donated toys to the Salvation Army.
The Wranglers will be holding a blood drive in conjunction with the Wranglers Midnight Holiday Roundup on Monday, December 22nd from 4:00-8:00 pm. The blood drive is a joint effort between the Wranglers and the Orleans Arena, and is being run by United Blood Services in an effort to provide blood for residents of Las Vegas at a time when blood donation is generally at a low point.
