
Condors Head to Idaho and the Colonel Hands Out Toys

Upcoming week of December 15th - December 21st
Thursday, December 18th - The Condors Coach's Show will be held on the road in Idaho, as the Condors will be taking on the Idaho Steelheads this Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Condors Head Coach Paul Kelly and Condors players will be guests on the show. The show can be heard live on KGEO AM 1230 from 6:00pm - 7:00pm, Pacific Time.
Saturday, November 20th - Colonel Claw'd will be at the Stay Focused Ministry's Toy Drive distribution. Stay Focused Ministries will be distributing toys that were collected during the toy drive night at the Condors game on Friday, December 12th. The toys will be given to needy children throughout Kern County and the distribution will take place at the Dome Arena located at the corner of Union Avenue and Golden State Highway beginning at 12:00pm.
Week in Review
Thursday, November 11th- Condors players Jason Jackman and Todd Alexander visited College Heights Elementary School from 1:30pm - 2:30pm for a T.H.I.N.K. (Turn Hockey Into New Knowledge) program appearance. The Condors T.H.I.N.K. program is sponsored by 101.5 KGFM & ARRC Technology and rewards students for outstanding academics.
Saturday, December 13th - The Bakersfield Condors attended the Grand Opening of the Bakersfield Ice Sports Center. The Condors started the day with an open practice at 12:15pm. Following practice, the Condors were on the ice during the public skating session as well as signing autographs and assisted fans as they sharpened their shooting skills at the Condors Slapshot.
Saturday, December 13th - Condors winger Jason Ralph and defenseman Jonas Lennartsson were celebrity bartenders as they joined Condors Director of Creative Services Jonathan Daillak at the Arts Council of Kern's fundraiser at the Alley Cat. All tips earned were donated to the Arts Council of Kern.
Sunday, December 14th - Bright House Networks & Kelly 95.3 welcomed Nickelodeon's The Wild Thornberry's to Centennial Garden as they helped cheer the Condors to a 9 - 2 victory over the Long Beach Ice Dogs. The night also included a Condors Kids Club Night. The Condors Kids Club is sponsored by Bright House Networks, Bakersfield Californian, Cold Stone Creamery & Kern Schools Federal Credit Union. The Condor Kids Club membership includes admission to five weekend Condors games, a Kids Club T-shirt, a $5.00 savings account at Kern Schools Federal Credit Union, a membership ID card, and exclusive parties with players and mascots, all for just $20.00.
Tickets to all Condors home games can be purchased at the Centennial Garden box office, open from 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm on Saturdays, with extended hours on event days (opens at noon on Sunday). Tickets may also be purchased by phone through Ticketmaster at 322-2525, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.
