Warriors Acquire Denomie

Moose Jaw Warriors General Manager Alan Millar has announced the acquisition of 18-year-old left winger Carson Denomie from the Kamloops Blazers in exchanges for a 7th round pick in 2019.

Denomie, 6'0", 195lbs, is from Regina and has one goal and four points in 36 games this season, last season he had six goals and 19 points in 66 games. Over the past two seasons he's played in 102 games and has seven goals, 16 assists, and 23 points.

Denomie was selected by the Blazers in the 5th round, 100th overall, at the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft. In 2016-2017 with the Regina Pat Canadians (SMAAAHL), he had 16 goals, 30 assists, and 46 points in 44 games and went on to record four goals and ten points in 11 playoffs games. At the 2017 Telus Cup, Denomie had three goals and four points for the Pat Canadians.
